Amber Jipp

Emory University

Amber Jipp serves as campus staff at Emory University. Josh, her husband, is working on his PhD in New Testament at Emory. Amber and Josh both hail from the Midwest where they each completed a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. Amber particularly has a heart for missional small groups, interfaith dialogue and outreach, and cross-cultural ministry.

Roger Lam

Georgia Tech

Roger Lam is in his 3rd year on staff at Georgia Tech with Asian Christian Fellowship. Roger is married to Jessie, who also was on staff with InterVarsity from 2002-2006. They have an 18 month old son, Micah, and another son due May 23, 2009. In his free time, Roger enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing basketball.

Glenn and Kim Goldsmith

Emory University

Glenn and Kim have served as campus staff at Emory for 5 years. Glenn grew up in Atlanta and graduated from Princeton University with a BA in history in 1996. He worked in campus ministry at Princeton for two years and then in information technology for three more. Kim also grew up in Atlanta and graduated with a degree in English and a teaching certificate from Washington and Lee University in 1996. Then she taught sixth grade for five years. Glenn and Kim met in high school and were married in 1999. In 2001 they moved to Philadelphia where they attended Westminster Theological Seminary, Glenn for an MDiv, and Kim for and MA in Biblical Counseling. They moved back to Atlanta and joined staff with InterVarsity in 2004. They have since been working with students at Emory and have welcomed three boys, Will, Peter and Jonathan, into their family as well. Before the Goldsmiths had children, they enjoyed hiking, traveling, skiing, and lots of reading. Now they enjoy making pillow houses and reading Dr. Seuss and other such literature.

Paula Frances Gay

University of Georgia

Paula Frances (PF) Gay graduated from Emory University with a BA in Journalism and Religion. Upon graduating she went to the University of Georgia to plant a Greek InterVarsity chapter there. She still lives in Athens, helping Greek ministry grow at UGA. She is a member of First United Methodist Church of Athens and is an active member of the volunteer group, Hands on Northeast Georgia. Her parents live in Houston Texas, and her sisters both reside in Washington DC.

Mike and LeAnne Kelly

University of Georgia

Mike Kelly has served on campus at UGA since August of 2007. He graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies in 2004 from UNC-Chapel Hill. While attending UNC, Mike was involved in InterVarsity as a student-leader—leading a small group and attending numerous mission trips. Since graduating, Mike has worked in Public Relations for the N.C. Department of Transportation and Camp Management at Bear Trap Ranch, an InterVarsity camp located in Colorado Springs. Now he is in his third year of campus work with InterVarsity. Before working at UGA, Mike interned with InterVarsity at North Carolina State University, helping supervise an chapter of 80 students. LeAnne Kelly is a home-grown Georgia girl. She grew up in Savannah and moved to Athens in 1999. She studied English education and was primarily involved in Bulldog Christian Fellowship, which later transitioned to InterVarsity. After graduation in 2003, she joined staff and has ministered to college students at the University of Georgia for five years. LeAnne loves Mexican food and watching movies.

Nick & Liz Johnson

Georgia State University

Nick and Liz Johnson have served with InterVarsity 5 and 7 years respectively. Nick, a graduate of Emory University, came to follow Jesus through InterVarsity’s work on campus when he was a senior. A few years later he joined InterVarsity staff, returning to Emory to reach fraternity and sorority (Greek) students. He is currently planting a multi-ethnic chapter at Georgia State. Liz also began to follow Jesus while in college at William and Mary. She began serving Greek students at Emory and now serves as the Southeast’s Regional Greek Coordinator, overseeing the region’s ministry to this strategic group of students. They host a yearly InterVarsity Global Plunge in Haiti. They have a deep passion to see students engage in evangelism and seek justice. Nick and Liz recently welcomed their first son, Elijah Eden, into the world. In their spare time they enjoy being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and traveling overseas whenever given the opportunity.

Veronica Squires

Veronica Squires collaborates with individuals, churches, foundations, and corporations to raise awareness about InterVarsity Christian Fellowship across the state of Georgia and inspire philanthropic giving. Veronica graduated from Emory University in 2006, where she was deeply impacted by the InterVarsity chapter on campus. It is her honor today to serve InterVarsity so that more students can be transformed, more campuses renewed, and more world changers developed for the Kingdom of God.

Prior to joining InterVarsity staff, she worked as the University Relations Manager for the National Society of High School Scholars forging partnerships between the Society and top-tier international universities. Outside of work, Veronica enjoys falling more in love with her husband Eric, eating out with friends, playing water polo at Emory, and reading great books.

Brian Chang

Brian serves InterVarsity Christian Fellowship as the Area Director of Georgia.  In this role, he oversees the student work throughout the state.  Earlier in his staff career, he worked with students at Emory University, Georgia Tech, and the University of Georgia.  He has also directed several regional Asian American student conferences as well as the Asian American Lounge at Urbana, InterVarsity’s triennial missions convention.

Brian is married to a beautiful wife, Jennifer, and is immensely blessed to have two beautiful girls, Adia and Eliana.  In his down time, Brian enjoys trying new restaurants, listening to a variety of music, and playing fun games!
